Find Your Perfect Contact Lenses Today

Whether you are someone who has been wearing glasses for years, or if you just got your first pair only a couple of days ago, there is a good chance you might also be considering contact lenses.

Contact lens technology has made incredible strides since they were first introduced over 100 years ago. We want you to have access to the best contact lenses to help not only correct your vision problems but maintain your eyes’ health as well.

What to Expect from a Contact Lens Exam

When you book an appointment with us, please express your interest in trying contact lenses. This will allow your optometrist to prepare your eye exam to accommodate certain tests to help find which contact lens is the right fit for you.

After finding the right pair of contacts, an optician will walk you through the process of cleaning, maintaining, inserting, and removing your contact lenses.

We will schedule a follow-up appointment to monitor how well your eyes are adjusting to the new lenses and make adjustments when needed.

If you start to experience any irritation or discomfort with your contact lenses, remove them and visit your optometrist.

Specialty Contact Lenses We Offer

Ortho-K, also known as orthokeratology, contact lenses are contact lenses that are used to temporarily reshape your cornea to help reduce the effects of myopia. Ortho-K lenses are often used by children to help manage the effects of myopia in its early stages.

Aspheric contact lenses are generally used to help patients who might be experiencing vision problems, known as spherical aberration, when they use conventional “spherical” contact lenses. Spherical aberration occurs when light enters your eye, the light is not correctly focusing on your retina because of the spherical nature of these lenses.

If conventional contact lenses can be described as a slice off a side of a beach ball, then toric contact lenses can be described to resemble more of a slice off the side of a doughnut. The unique design of these contact lenses helps patients mitigate symptoms of astigmatism.

Multifocal contact lenses utilize multiple prescriptions to help patients who might be experiencing symptoms of myopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism all at the same time.

Transition contact lenses are designed to give wearers superior comfort in a variety of different lighting situations. The lenses, like Transition eyeglass lenses, darken in bright light.
